It's been a busy couple of months recording wise and we are pleased to announce that our new singe released on 29 February 2024 is now available. It's a cover of Dusty Springfield's 'You Don't Have To Say You Love Me' and it's already been played on Black Country Radio - a big thank to the radio station.

We are re-releasing our festive single Last Christmas on 24 November 2023 - it has also had a bit of a remix. It's a dark acoustic version as we didn't want to just copy Whams version. Available on most streaming and download sites from 24 November 2023.

Released today is the wartime piano based ballad 'This Is Goodbye' written by Kevin Ashcroft - a story of how war can affect people in different ways especially where relationships are concerned after being apart for long periods of time.

Out on 10 Februrary 2023 is the acoustic ballad 'This Is Goodbye' featuring vocalist Nigel Self. It's a song about a Dear John letter written during the second World War and the reply found many years later hidden in a loft. The song tells a story of the effects of War on the person left behind and the soldier away fighting the War.

Out on 28 October 2022 is our new single Fated Love which has a gentle nod to the 1960's in it's roots. Again, it features the superb vocals of Francesca T. It will be available for download on Apple Music and Amazon Music as well as many leading streaming sites including Spotify.

We are proud to announce that our next release will be Kevin's original song Just Play Me The Blues with the talented Francesca T on vocals again. It's a song which will take you back to the late 40' early 50's with a live performance feel to the blues/jazz track and is the first time Kevin has included a horn section. It's available on all the usual streaming sites from 16 September 2022.

On 8 July 2022 Kevin was in the studios of Black Country Radio helping out with a new radio show The Music Gallery with Pete Taylor and Billy Spakemon and also promoting Andania and the single Too Much Too Soon

We are currently working on new music to put out later in the year and early next year we will put out an EP of 4 or 5 tracks. Details of our next release will be announced soon with a release date of 1st Aug 2022.

'Tennessee Whiskey' was played on Black Country Extra online radio station on the monthly show Shake Rattle and Country hosted by Pete Taylor. Kevin tries not to do too many covers but he has recorded a couple of country rock songs.
